The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA, as amended by the CPRA) gives California residents the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of their personal information. We use this page to honour that right. The same opt-out is also available to residents of any U.S. state with a comparable privacy law (Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, and others as enacted).
We do not sell your personal information for money. We do not run third-party behavioural advertising on Nexus Social. We do not embed cross-site tracking pixels, ad-network tags, or data-broker SDKs.
We do share limited identifiers (your email address and internal user ID) with the sub-processors listed in §4 of our Privacy Policy strictly to deliver the service you asked for: AI replies, email delivery, payment processing, push notifications, and so on. Those processors may not use your data for their own purposes.
If you don't have an account, or you want to submit on behalf of someone you are authorised to represent, use this form. We will action the request within 15 business days and confirm by email.
If you are submitting on behalf of a California resident, please attach proof of authorisation (a signed power of attorney, or written authorisation from the resident) to the email confirmation we send you. Without verification we cannot complete the request.
Because the opt-out involves your account, we may need to verify your identity before actioning the request. For an email match against an existing account, replying to our confirmation email is sufficient. For requests from non-account-holders or agents we may ask for additional information.
